Hello and welcome to a milestone edition of the Healthy Life Network... Week 100. A hundred weeks of showing up, sharing what's real, and trying to help you live a little better along the way. This week brings a bit of everything: family adventures on the other side of the world, real momentum in the business, and a reminder that rest matters as much as growth. Let's get into it.

Family & Personal Highlights
Max is settling into life in Timor-Leste and gearing up for something he's genuinely excited about... free diving to spear dogfish tuna. Someone on the island has already done it successfully, which has him convinced he's in exactly the right place. Katie is there with him, and it sounds like quite the adventure taking shape.
Ella and Tallam continue making their way around the country in the van, chasing whatever the next stretch of road brings….. having been in the NT they are now in the Kimberly.
Chelle and I run a simple rhythm... one week a fortnight is date night, the other is catch-ups with family or friends. This fortnight was the latter, and it meant a good catch-up with my old friend Steve. Different kind of good for the soul, and we shared a wine that Steve gifted me over 10 years ago, nice touch.
I’ve had an intercurrent illness and a few properly quiet, restful days reminded me that recovery is as much a discipline as growth is. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is rest properly and let the body catch up.
Professional & Business Updates
OsteoStrongâ„¢ Hobart
Chelle and Sean continue to put in the hard yards, and membership keeps gradually growing. Steady, the way we like it. We have new staff and continue to look forward.
Longevity Lab
HOCATTâ„¢ now has a landing date... the 7th of September. First and only unit in southern Tasmania, and we're making sure everything's in place to welcome it properly. Breathwork continues to expand, no pun intended, and we've got a promising new lead on VO2 Max testing and training. The website is coming along too, and may be live as early as next week.
Podcast/YouTube Highlight
This week's episode takes on a question a lot of people ask me: EP453: Fact vs Fallacy in Cancer Therapy.

Quiz Corner
Last week's answer: Photobiomodulation is the use of specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to stimulate activity within the cell, particularly the mitochondria. Three areas it's shown to benefit: cellular energy production, tissue repair and wound healing, and reduction of inflammation and pain.
This week's question: HOCATTâ„¢ doesn't do just one thing... it stacks several modalities together in a single session. What are they, and in a line or two, what does each one actually do?
Final Reflection
A hundred editions. When I started this, I didn't know if anyone would still be reading by week ten, let alone week one hundred. What's kept it going isn't a plan... it's just showing up, week after week, and being honest about the wins, the near-misses, and the ordinary stuff in between. Thank you for reading along. Here's to the next hundred.
Warm regards, Dr Warrick
