Hi {contactfield=firstname},
From My Desk...
Each week, I’ll be sharing a little about what’s happening in my world—whether it’s in my role as a cardiologist, the work I’m doing with the Healthy Heart Network and our new Healthy Life Network, or even personal updates from my family and life. My goal is to give you a closer look at what’s been keeping me busy, while also sharing tips and insights to help you on your own heart health journey. I hope you enjoy these updates and find them helpful as you strive to live well and stay healthy.
Hello & welcome,
Some weeks feel expansive.
Not dramatic — just quietly building.
This past week felt like that. Good conversations. Forward movement. Family connection. And a continued sense that the foundations we’ve been laying are beginning to hold real weight.
Family & Personal Highlights
I was grateful to catch up with Ella for a dinner date — those moments never lose their significance. Seeing your children well, grounded, and finding their way in the world is a privilege that doesn’t diminish with time.
We’re still gradually growing OsteoStrong, which feels steady and encouraging rather than rushed — exactly how I prefer it.
And I’ve been genuinely grateful for the support of Corbin Halliday, who has been attending LLIV regularly, finding benefit, and generously sharing his experience. When local identities speak authentically about their own health journey, it carries real impact.
There’s something powerful about community momentum.
OsteoStrong Hobart
We continue expanding the conversation beyond bone density alone.
Yes, bone matters. But so do:
• Strength
• Balance
• Confidence
• Independence
• Frailty prevention
That broader framing is resonating.
If you’re curious whether OsteoStrong might be right for you or someone you care about, just reply to this email and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Longevity Labs IV (LLIV) and Breath Work coming
LLIV continues to grow steadily, particularly around recovery, energy optimisation, and oxidative stress support.
We’re also very excited to be bringing together the possibility of a breathwork offering upstairs at Longevity Labs.
Over the next few weeks we’ll be shaping this carefully, with a likely launch in mid-March or early April.
If you’ve never tried guided breathwork before, it can be a powerful experience. And if you know someone who may benefit from learning how to take control of their autonomic nervous system — understanding practical ways to reduce stress, regulate state, and improve overall wellbeing — stay tuned.
This feels like a very natural addition to what we’re building.
