Key supplements supporting healthy bone growth and strength include calcium, vitamin D, vitamin K2, magnesium, and collagen.

🌟 Final Reflection

This week has reminded me of the importance of family, from Father’s Day celebrations to messages from Ella and Max abroad. At the same time, our professional journey — from OsteoStrong Hobart to Longevity Lab — continues to evolve with new services and opportunities. The balance of family, health, and purpose keeps me inspired.

Helping people live as well as possible, for as long as possible.

Would you like me to weave in your recent gratitude reflections (e.g., Cat Empire, Paul Kelly, positive OSH meeting with Ange) into the Final Reflection section for extra personal warmth, or keep it as a lighter family-focused close?
