Hi {contactfield=firstname},
From My Desk...
Each week, I’ll be sharing a little about what’s happening in my world—whether it’s in my role as a cardiologist, the work I’m doing with the Healthy Heart Network and our new Healthy Life Network, or even personal updates from my family and life. My goal is to give you a closer look at what’s been keeping me busy, while also sharing tips and insights to help you on your own heart health journey. I hope you enjoy these updates and find them helpful as you strive to live well and stay healthy.
Hello and I hope this finds you well,

🫁 Biohacking with Oxygen Nanobubbles
This week, we’ve been trialling an oxygen nanobubble generator — a fascinating piece of wellness technology. We caught up with Robbie for dinner on Tuesday night to discuss the science behind it, and we’ve now got a loan unit to trial for a few weeks. The idea? Soak in oxygen-enriched baths daily — an innovative way to support recovery, circulation, and vitality.

🌮 Family Time & A Lovely Gift
Wednesday night was Mexican night — Chelle’s favourite — shared with Ella and Sean. Max is still up in Far North Queensland, and it looks like he’s picked up some work, which is great news. The kids surprised Chelle with a beautiful locket for Mother’s Day, containing their pictures — a very touching gift.
