Hi {contactfield=firstname}

From My Desk...

Each week, I’ll be sharing a little about what’s happening in my world—whether it’s in my role as a cardiologist, the work I’m doing with the Healthy Heart Network, or even personal updates from my family and life. My goal is to give you a closer look at what’s been keeping me busy, while also sharing tips and insights to help you on your own heart health journey. I hope you enjoy these updates and find them helpful as you strive to live well and stay healthy.

I hope you’re doing well!

It’s been a busy but exciting time for Chelle and me, and I wanted to take a moment to share some updates with you—both personally and on the health front.

From Healthy Heart to Healthy Life

One of the fascinating aspects of growth is how ideas evolve over time. The Healthy Heart Network started with a clear mission—leveraging imaging to assess arteries and prevent heart attacks. That mission remains vital, but our journey has expanded and matured into something broader.

These days, the Healthy Heart Network is evolving into the Healthy Life Network.

We’re looking beyond the heart in isolation, embracing fitness, longevity, anti-aging, and overall well-being.

My involvement with OsteoStrong, my passion for cutting-edge health solutions, and my interest in preventative strategies mean that the information I share now reaches far beyond cardiovascular health alone....keep a watch for the Healthy Life Network, it's coming.

Life Updates: A Busy but Exciting Time!

Chelle and I, (mainly Chelle) have been busy moving into our new home, organizing everything from painters, flooring, new window coverings, a fridge,TV, a wine cabinet, and even an ice maker. It’s been a whirlwind, but it’s all coming together!

Meanwhile, Max has been making life work around his DFAT scholarship, recently spending time in Canberra as an induction/ preparation for departure, he's now in Far North Queensland before soon heading off to Tonga—an incredible experience for him.

Ella, on the other hand, has had quite a different adventure, spending four days at Party in the Paddock in Craddock, Tasmania. Judging from some of the photos shared, she has had an amazing time!

Closer to home, Hobart’s Wooden Boat Festival was a fantastic event, and Chelle and I wrapped up the weekend with friends at the Tasmanian Wine Festival at the Botanic Gardens. It was a cool evening but such a beautiful atmosphere—great wines, great company.

Exciting Research on OsteoStrong & Bone Health

There’s been some exciting new research on OsteoStrong and the benefits of axial loading in improving bone mineral density. This adds even more scientific support for strategies that help with bone health and long-term strength.

A Fascinating New Supplement: C15 Fatty Acid

One of the more intriguing biohacking detours I’ve made recently is C15:0, a fascinating fatty acid with emerging science behind it. Said to be an essential fatty acid. Research into Navy dolphins unexpectedly led to insights about this molecule, showing anti-inflammatory benefits and potential impacts on longevity.

Given the compelling science, Chelle and I have both started taking a C15 supplement. If you’re interested in exploring it yourself, you can find more details and access it through my link:

Scroll down on the link page to read more about the research and its potential benefits. If you decide to try it, you’ll receive a generous discount, and in full transparency, I also get a similar discount on my next order. I'm getting organised to share a podcast on this fascinating topic in comoing weeks ot months.

Exciting Projects in Motion

Alongside everything else, Penny, Dr. Kostner, and I have been working hard on the cholesterol book, fine-tuning the edits and pulling it all together—it’s coming along really well.....wow, it is a bit complicated, but we really feel excited to bring this book to the interested public...... watch this space.

At the same time, the Younger Longer project with Guy Leech is progressing rapidly, and I’m excited about where it’s heading.

Lots happening, and all very exciting!

Let’s continue building a healthier, longer, and more vibrant life together!

Take care,
