Hi {contactfield=firstname},
From My Desk...
Each week, I’ll be sharing a little about what’s happening in my world—whether it’s in my role as a cardiologist, the work I’m doing with the Healthy Heart Network and our new Healthy Life Network, or even personal updates from my family and life. My goal is to give you a closer look at what’s been keeping me busy, while also sharing tips and insights to help you on your own heart health journey. I hope you enjoy these updates and find them helpful as you strive to live well and stay healthy.
Hello & Welcome!
It’s been another productive, energising, and deeply rewarding week - both personally and professionally.
Our new IV service continues to grow quickly with several clients already through LLIV. The feedback has been excellent and the process is running smoothly. A huge credit goes to Sarah, whose skill, warmth, and professionalism have made this service shine from day one. We are genuinely excited about what this means for our community.
Meanwhile at OsteoStrong Hobart, momentum remains strong. The community continues to grow, member stories remain inspiring, and Sean is flourishing in his leadership and administrative role — it’s fantastic to watch him step into his strengths.
✈️ From Adelaide
Chelle and I have been visiting friends, colleagues, and business associates in Adelaide. It’s been a valuable blend of professional connection and personal nourishment.
We also caught up with Sandy, who gifted us a handmade chef's knife, an incredibly beautiful and meaningful piece — such generosity and craftsmanship. A reminder of the importance of friendships formed through shared journeys.
📕 Publishing Update – Cholesterol Explained
Penny has now applied the final finishing touches, and the printed proof is in hand. One last read… then it’s off to John North for printing and Amazon distribution.
If you’d like to secure an early copy, reply or message us - we will organise it for you.
