Hi {contactfield=firstname},

From My Desk...

Each week, I’ll be sharing a little about what’s happening in my world—whether it’s in my role as a cardiologist, the work I’m doing with the Healthy Heart Network and our new Healthy Life Network, or even personal updates from my family and life. My goal is to give you a closer look at what’s been keeping me busy, while also sharing tips and insights to help you on your own heart health journey. I hope you enjoy these updates and find them helpful as you strive to live well and stay healthy.

Early note from Lima airport: Cusco & Machu Picchu were INKRA‑REDIBLE, Amazon GP conference next, OSH team changes, IV therapy momentum, and a few powerful resources for your health.

Hello & Welcome! A quick early check‑in while I’m in Lima and delayed on way to Iquitos. It’s a privilege to keep sharing family updates, centre news, and practical health insights — even on the road.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family & Personal Highlights • Chelle is well — we’ve just visited Cusco and Machu Picchu (the stonework… still mind‑blowing, and still unexplained in 2025).
• Next up: the Amazon for a medical conference — I’ll be speaking with GPs about CT imaging of the heart and lipids.
• After that we head to the Galápagos — a childhood dream for me and I'm sure a new adventure for Chelle.

🏢 Professional & Business Updates • OsteoStrong Hobart (OSH): exciting times. Ange, our long‑standing wonder coach, is moving on to pursue an opportunity that better fits her family and personal needs. We’ll miss her greatly and wish her every success. We’re now bringing new people on board — more intros soon.
Longevity Lab (Upstairs): Sarah (RN) is getting the IV therapy details finalised. If you’re in Hobart and want to know more, just reply to this email and we’ll follow up.

🌟 Final Reflection I’m grateful — for Ange’s years with us, for the chance to learn and share at the Amazon conference, and for the incredible history we’ve just walked through in the Andes. Thank you for reading, and for being part of this community.

Helping people live as well as possible, for as long as possible.

Warm regards,
Warrick

P.S. If you’re in Hobart and curious about IV therapy as we gear up, just reply here and we’ll connect you with Sarah for the details.
