Hi {contactfield=firstname},
From My Desk...
Each week, I’ll be sharing a little about what’s happening in my world—whether it’s in my role as a cardiologist, the work I’m doing with the Healthy Heart Network and our new Healthy Life Network, or even personal updates from my family and life. My goal is to give you a closer look at what’s been keeping me busy, while also sharing tips and insights to help you on your own heart health journey. I hope you enjoy these updates and find them helpful as you strive to live well and stay healthy.
Hello & Welcome
Thanks again for following along. It’s a privilege to share the journey with you each week — blending family updates, professional projects, and the health insights I’m most passionate about.

Ella dropped in, and it was wonderful to see her and catch up after her travels..... I think we are due to catch up for dinner tonight with her partner Tallam.
-
Max continues to enjoy life in Samoa, and I’m grateful to stay closely in touch with him.
-
Dad and Anne remain well, and it’s always grounding to share moments with them.... they may be joining us for dinner tonight also.
