Hi {contactfield=firstname},

From My Desk...

Each week, I’ll be sharing a little about what’s happening in my world—whether it’s in my role as a cardiologist, the work I’m doing with the Healthy Heart Network and our new Healthy Life Network, or even personal updates from my family and life. My goal is to give you a closer look at what’s been keeping me busy, while also sharing tips and insights to help you on your own heart health journey. I hope you enjoy these updates and find them helpful as you strive to live well and stay healthy.

After weeks of travel across South America, we finally touched down back in Hobart on Tuesday — after what felt like a marathon journey, including a 12-hour layover in Santiago!

It’s wonderful to be home and back in the rhythm of work, with renewed perspective and plenty to look forward to. The centre feels alive — staff and members alike are enjoying the energy and warmth that James has brought to OsteoStrong Hobart.

💼 Professional & Business Highlights

  • Back in the business: It’s been great working alongside the team again, seeing the momentum continue to build.

  • IV Therapy in full swing: After our first IV session last week (yes, we all did it — even Sarah our nurse!), feedback has been fantastic. It’s a fresh new layer of recovery and wellness for our members.

  • Younger Longer update: I heard from Guy Leech this week — exciting news that the Younger Longer platform will be launching early next year. If you’d like to be involved or learn more, just reply to this email.

  • Cholesterol Explained – The finish line! We’re now truly at the final stage. After a final meeting with Penny and Karam, I’m holding a printed proof in my hands today for one last read before it goes to John for final production and Amazon release.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family & Team News

  • Ella is well, though her and Tallam’s little dog Marli has been unwell with some eye issues — hoping for a speedy recovery for the pup!

  • Sean continues to thrive — using the OsteoStrong equipment himself and absolutely loving it.

  • Chelle is well and keeping everything on track.

  • Max is enjoying life in Samoa and, thankfully, in good health again.

  • I had a Brown Bag Day this week — a great chance to catch up with mates and share a laugh.

Last Week’s Answer: Vitamin C — one of the most important nutrients for immune support and energy metabolism.
This Week’s Question: What trace mineral is essential for red blood cell production and energy, and is often included in IV therapy formulations?

❤️ Final Reflection
Travel reminds us how vast the world is, but also how connected we are — through stories, health, and shared purpose. Coming home, I’m grateful for this team, our community, and the work we do to help people live longer and live better.

Until next time,
