Hi {contactfield=firstname},
From My Dr Warrick's Desk...
Each week, I’ll be sharing a little about what’s happening in my world—whether it’s in my role as a cardiologist, the work I’m doing with the Healthy Heart Network, or even personal updates from my family and life. My goal is to give you a closer look at what’s been keeping me busy, while also sharing tips and insights to help you on your own heart health journey. I hope you enjoy these updates and find them helpful as you strive to live well and stay healthy.
I have to confess, this week has been quite busy.
I’m enjoying my role as a cardiologist, working three mornings a week at the cardiac center at Calvary Hospital.
I still really appreciate the patient interaction and the opportunity to be involved in people’s care.
I’ve also been spending time at the OsteoStrong center, which I co-own with my partner, Chelle.
We’ve been open for about a year, and we’re learning a lot about small business management, staff, bone health, muscle health, and marketing.
The weeks are flying by.
My son, who turns 21 later this year, has decided to try his hand at bodybuilding. His competition is coming up in the next couple of weeks.
My daughter, who turns 19 later this year, is in Europe.
She traveled there with her mother but is now on her own, exploring Croatia.
She hopes to find the birthplace of my mother—her grandmother—so she can scatter some of her ashes there.
It’s been a busy time in the Healthy Heart Network.
We are excited about the release of the new book, *10 Commandments of Heart Health Explained*, which has been very well received so far.
As always, I wish you the best of health and hope you live as well as possible for as long as possible.
Warmest Regards
